Between 2 oceans

Between two oceans, I lie
Not knowing whether to go nigh
Or just lift myself high
Above these two
Beyond the sky too

Between two oceans, I lie
Sand particles cushion me as I dream-
A dream that leaves my mind to rush in turmoil
Like the waves pell-mell
My strength will my plans foil

Between two oceans, I lie
My dilly dally express my indecision
Confused,  my brains ready for an incision
The torrents pull me to one in particular
Yet, that's an ocean whose wave I may drown n in
Stubbornly, i choose to stay afloat
I'm afraid I might bloat
I will remain along the coast

Between two oceans, I lie
Full of ideas
Lacking the energy
And yet burning like fire
I might soar above these two oceans
Because I'm swirled around like potions
Let's make the dream real
One ocean has got to be the deal
It's how I feel


Between two oceans, I lie
Torn,tattered,battered and bruised
By torment,anger and shame
Decisions too hard to make
The smile of pain
My life's irony
I shall definitely rise

Between two oceans, I RISE!
Beyond the sky,my LIMIT
