Day 1
 Dearest God when I look across the room and I look at him smile
My heart! It beats so fast
It feels strange
I may have found the guy of my dreams
One I hope to love forever
But I have overlooked so many flaws
I imagined they were can-do-withouts
But no more


Every single day I lie down
Awake with hope
That perhaps You've answered my prayers
And before me lies
My knight in shining amour
He is totally different
Sometimes I whisper to my best friend
That perchance he doesn't know how to treat a lady
He ignores everything that makes a friendship beautiful
Yet he swept me off my feet and stole my heart
That's my life's reality-it's a fact

They say you are in love when reality is finally better than your dreams
But frankly I think I like my dreams better
No expectations
Until I'm finally ready
Keep me steady
Because the one I love
I would want to keep forever
So guide me and lead me
               Always and forever
