Another Phenomenal Woman
There is this young lady we all know
Whose facade of meekness is never a show
Livid impressions of our first encounter
Set my heart asunder
Like a bump in a road that leads somewhere
I felt a leap in my heart that knows no where
Not even the intricate designs of my heart
Yet these impressions are deep
My love for her sounds like a beep
Of that old jeep
My dad once possessed
We've come a long way
The years have flown past us
Now I stand proud of the lady you've become
The woman of great influence has come
I see eyes popping out in awe
Feet running to catch of a glimpse
Of one I have known yet I cannot see
Their heads seem too stretched out
I cannot believe I still cannot see
My swift feet move around
My curious eyes move outta 'em sockets
Ah my intrigue !
Too Peaked!
For under all levels of knowledge
I know her
I know I know her
We have already had our first encounter
Yet propelled by an explosive force
I try to still look beyond the crowd.....
Time is running......
My heart is palpitating......
I have got to see her
Now matter how I will see her
I have go to see her
Giving up wasn't an option
My eyes were poised for action
My jaws were opened
How? I couldn't explain.....
I look ahead of me and I see many
A crowd of people with different expressions
A variety of expressions of Joy!
Oh I have gotta to behold
What my curious eyes yearn to see
I hear applause
I hear shouts
I hear dancing
I see jumping
Like the old Zaccheus
Like a Flash in a storm
I receive a solution to my despair..
A great Miracle!
I see a way out of my misery
Until I became conscious of everything
My limbs had begun to climb a great tree....
There is something I have to see......
Time is of the essence
My curiosity is eating me up
I feel it........
Wow!
My eyes, O my Eyes!
What have you led me to?
What met my regard was ravishing
My eyes came all out of their sockets
My jaw drooped
My nerves anesthetised
😳😳😳😳😳😳
I saw a Phenomenal Woman
Maya Angelou would be justified to walk
Out of her grave and point out,
'OH THAT'S the Phenomena
l Woman I was talking about'
The angels in heaven will cry out to the Lord and say,
'Oh God! How did our DNA make it to earth? You have been so unfair to us'
And beyond any doubt
In truth, God will say,
'Be Calm! I sent her out for a Reason!'
Still in my state of great shock,
My vocal cords couldn't hide their pleasure
I let out a word,
'WOW'
